Project management

This is specific to each project but can include;

• Putting work out to tender for quotes
• Planning schedule of works with builder
• Providing spec sheet for builder for design related aspects of the work
• Day to day contact with trades to ensure work runs smoothly and to resolve any issues that arise
• Sourcing of fixtures and fittings
